Q: What are your processing fee charges?
A: There is a $3.00 processing fee on all orders. 

Q: When does the program begin?
A: Orders will be accepted starting November 5, 2012.


Q. What happens if an order has been identified as fraudulent?
A. The fraudulent order is associated with an inmate and customer. Both the inmate and customer’s privileges are revoked.


Q: When will the order arrive at the facility?
A: All orders will be arriving at the correctional facility on a weekly basis. The institution will be distributing the packages to the offenders shortly after the shipment arrives at the facility.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: PAYMENT: We accept Credit/Debit cards with Visa/Mastercard logos. Orders will be accepted when accompanied by credit card (Mastercard or Visa). When paying by credit card be sure to include the card number, expiration date, card member's name, and card member's phone number and address.


Q: My pre-paid credit card does not have a billing address. Can I use it on this site?
A: You must first call, or visit the website, of the pre-paid credit card company to register a billing address for the credit card so that you can use it for online shopping sites that validate a billing address. Our site always validates a billing address.

Q: How do I check on an order?

Q: How do I report a discrepancy with the order (item missing, wrong product, etc)?
A: If there is an issue with the order, a facility employee will verify it and send the paperwork to Access Securepak®.


Q: What happens if the person I am sending my order to changes custody level and is no longer allowed a package?
A: The facility will deliver the package if they are able, however in the event the inmate has been released or transferred then the inmate or sender will have 72 hours to pick the order up or the order will be forfeited.
