Q:  What is the processing fee per order?
A:  There is currently FREE processing on all orders. 

Q:  When does the program begin?
A:  Orders are currently being accepted for the Philadelphia Securepak Program.

Q. What happens if an order has been identified as fraudulent?
A. The fraudulent order is associated with an inmate and customer. Both the inmate and customer’s privileges are revoked.

Q:  When will the order arrive at the facility?
A:  Philadelphia Prison Systems will be making weekly deliveries to each unit once the packages have been delivered by our KCN staff.

Q:  What is the spending limit for this program?
A:  Inmates are allowed up to $75 of merchandise per month. 
 
Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept prepaid cards, cash advance cards or debit cards. We accept Credit/Debit cards with Visa/Mastercard logos. Orders will be accepted when accompanied by money order or credit card (MasterCard or Visa). No personal checks will be accepted. If orders arrive with a personal check, the order will be returned to the sender. Money orders need to be payable to Access Securepak®. When paying by credit card be sure to include the card number, expiration date, card member's name, and card member's phone number and address.

Q: My pre-paid credit card does not have a billing address. Can I use it on this site?
A: You must first call, or visit the website, of the pre-paid credit card company to register a billing address for the credit card so that you can use it for online shopping sites that validate a billing address. Our site always validates a billing address.

Q:  How do I check on an order?
A:  Please allow time for the facility to check in the packages and distribute to the inmate population. Call 800-546-6283 or write to us at Customer Service, 10880 Linpage Place, St. Louis, MO 63132.  Or send us an email at customerservice@securepak.net

Q:  How do I report a discrepancy with the order (item missing, wrong product, etc)?
A:  The inmate will be given an opportunity to check the contents of the package in the presence of Commissary Staff from the facility. If there was an issue with the order, the Commissary Staff would verify it and send the paperwork to Access. A discrepancy has to be reported within 48 hours of the delivery of the items. The inmate and the delivery agent will determine what actions need to take place to resolve the discrepancy. We do not accept any discrepancies reported from outside of the facility.
